Where can the same laptop skin or computer that selena gomez has?

Where can the same laptop skin or computer that selena gomez has?
its an hp and it was in the tiger beat december 2008 issue on page 103.

If it's not a skin i would like to know where i can get the laptop cuz i didn't see it on the hp website. Please help me! :) thx!
