i HATE her soooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MIley all the way baby!!! but its not her haircut! anyway just ask the person to cut ur hair for u at the length u want, with side swept bangs, layers(not just a couple, lots) and tell he to give it a little bit of choppy effect. it'll make ur layers stand out!
