idk how you actually get it but probably from a famous haircutter who charges 100 dollars every second you spend there. Anyways I can help you with your second problem though. Hair spray. A magical thing. Spray a boat load and it will stay perfect. but for Selena's to stay THAT perfect I honestly only have one explanation: Being called into hair and make up every 10 minutes.
for one take the picture of selena into a hair salon and have them cut it the same way. then after the get done cutting it ask them how and what hair product to use for it to look like hers...if ur hair is already like hers still take it into a hair salon and ask them how to do it..
