when does the new Selena Gomez CD come out?

When does the new Selena Gomez CD come out?
i heard selena gomez was making a debut album and that it was going to come out in June, but it is already july and i have not even seen 1 commercial that says that it is out. so i really need to know, if it is out, or when it is coming out.
