How can i get PERFECT selena gomez short hair curls?! VERY URGENT!?

How can i get PERFECT selena gomez short hair curls?! VERY URGENT!?
I have a semi formal dance next week and i am trying very very very hard to get Selena Gomez(wizards of waverly place)curls while she has SHORT hair...It has to be short and able to be with layers and NOT ALOT OF HAIRSPRAY IF POSSIBLE!

    with a straightener proper enough for the jobgo 2 you tube and look it up(Curling hair with a straightener)its fast and easy

    I actually just did this about two weeks ago. I used some gel in dry hair and then dried it out with a blow dryer. then I curled VERY small sections of hair at a time. It is easiest if you use clips or hairbands to section off the hair. Start at the underneath and top of your neck sections. Make sure that you are curling extremely small sections of hair using a very small barrel curling iron. As you work, just move around the head and up toward the top. Spray a small bit of hairspray and then fluff it where you need to. This took me about 2 hours to complete the look by myself.
