What did Selena Gomez meant to do while in Peurto Rico on her video on youtube.com? Like did she want people in Peurto Rico to neuter and spade there dogs and cats to decrease the population of the dogs? Did she want us to adopt a pet from Peurto Rico or give money to the shelter she was at where she was feeding the dogs? Also, in the video, was she at one of the shelters in Peurto Rico where she was feeding the dogs and helping them. What did Selena Gomez want us to do because I am a little confused?

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters What I meant was to save them and give them homes and keep them healthy.
