  2. Drink lots of water throughout the day ... This will improve your complexion, clear up acne, keep you hydrated, help you digest food, and help you burn calories. do cardio workouts 3-5 times per week for at least half an hour (treadmill, dancing, soccer, swimming, jogging) and do weight training 2 days a week for about half an hour as well. Eat more fish, vegetables, whole grains and fruits than red meat, sweets, and oils. Take any chance you get to improve your health (taking stairs instead of an elevator, walking/biking instead of taking a car) Workout with a friend or join a sports team/dance class to make things more fun. Create a playlist of your favorite upbeat music to energize you. Choose whole wheat breads and rices over white ones.. olive oil over butter. Eat smaller portions, limit your chocolates and desserts to 2-3 per week. Check out healthy recipes online. Some good snack ideas? A handful of almonds with sliced tangerine, tomato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a slice of whole wheat bread ... whole wheat English muffin w/ melted cheese, ham, and tomato.. fruit smoothie with low fat plain yogurt & ice. Oh, and always eat breakfast... it makes you eat less during the day and you will perform better in school. Skip the bagels, sausage, bacon, donuts, sugary cereals, and scones. Try an omelette with low fat cheese, onion, tomato, and spinach with a glass of OJ or whole wheat toast with jam(look on the label for a nutritious, low sugar one) a glass of milk and a hard boiled egg with walnuts on the side.. Good luck! P.S. Pilates is an amazing way to build up your core muscles, and have a leaner, longer, stronger, sexy body! There are probably classes offerend in community centers near you, or just pick up a DVD/look online for some great workouts. Stretching is also necessary before working out.P.P.S ..please ignore the user below me. Don't embrace your curves. Being fat isn't healthy, nor is being a stick. Following my advice above, you can achieve a great figure and be healthy.
